You’ve done everything “right.”

But somewhere in the rhythm of it all, you stopped feeling like yourself.

You’ve checked the boxes. Built the business. Showed up for everyone.
You’ve made the to-do lists, kept the kids alive, chased the promotions, and poured into everyone else—on fumes.

So why does it still feel like you’re falling short?
Why do you keep hustling for a version of success that doesn’t even feel good?
Why does motherhood feel like a performance, and rest like a risk?

Because you were never meant to split yourself in two.

As a busy mom, this book spoke to me directly and helped me realize that I need to take back control of my time, my energy, and where my efforts get placed. As a therapist, the book was a wonderful reminder to put into practice many of the things I tell my clients but forget to put into practice for myself!

Overall, this book was full of insights and pushed me to looked inwards and realize that I can be "Boldly Both" without regrets and resentments.

- Nikquan Lewis, Therapist, Mom, Business Owner
I am a therapist and business owner. I'm also a mother. This book is a living example and reminder of the necessity of balance. Of not foregoing or short-changing ourselves for one dream or the other.

This book is not only about the necessity of balance but the achievability of this balance. Not just for our kids or our careers, but for US. This book has been so encouraging to me, I cannot wait to share it with other women in my life. Thank you for writing this much needed reminder that we can be "boldly both".
